Take Flight
Aerial Yoga 1 is for those who feel confident and want to take aerial yoga to the next level.
This class provides more advanced sequences and poses along with conditioning exercises to build upper body strength and develop the core. Inversions are also covered to help decompress the spine.
For the more adventurous, Aerial Yoga 1 introduces some simple flips and tricks, along with the opportunity to learn basic drops.
This lesson is a great all-over body workout as you learn new and more advanced aerial yoga skills.
