The First Step
Aerial Yoga Fundamentals is mandatory before any other aerial yoga class. It is the ideal lesson for first-timers and anyone wanting to recap the basics.
When you first arrive, you will be given the necessary paperwork to get you started. From there, it is time to measure in and find the right height for you.
You will learn how to best customize the hammock for your body and get comfortable using the fabric. A number of hand grips, wraps and tips are covered to ensure you have a solid foundation to safely use the aerial yoga hammock with confidence.
Aerial Yoga Fundamentals introduces several beginner-friendly poses and sequences; including the option to hang upside-down like Spiderman!
