Ease into it
Aerial Yoga Light is designed for a gentle low impact and low cardiovascular workout. There are no inversions in this class (going upside down).
We lightly work our way through the lesson with strengthening techniques simplified for all levels. Using the hammock as a prop allows us to do poses we would not normally be able to accomplish.
Aerial Yoga Light is a great way to slowly introduce yourself to aerial yoga and its techniques while keeping your feet on the ground.
