How does it work?
Bungee fitness is a low impact, motion-based resistance training program – referred to as a bio predictable workout system. It is designed to complement the way your body moves.
The bungee gives you the buoyancy to perform exercises you might not be able to perform without assistance – no pain on joints!
You are suspended from a harness with feet still able to touch the ground. It doesn’t matter how old or young you are or what shape you are currently in, the principles work the same for all body types.

Which class is for me?
Whether you are a complete beginner or looking for a full-body high-intensity workout, we have a class to fit your needs.
Everybody must start with a mandatory Bungee Fundamentals class. At Fundamentals, you will learn all you need to know in order to workout safely and get familiar with the basic moves. Fundamentals is a perfect ‘taster’ to help you decide which class will best suit you.
Clients who are wanting an intense workout experience will be amazed at how bungee training works every muscle group to the max without the risk of high impact.
