HIIT it with Bungee
High Intensity Interval Training (known as HIIT) is defined as short, intense and unsustainable bursts of physical activity. This is paired with intervals of quick rests. A HIIT workout involves alternating between the work and recovery periods.
Bungee Cardio is fast-paced. You can expect a high revs, extreme cardio workout for maximum fat burn.
This class is for intermediate fitness levels.
