Bungee over 50s

Bungee over 50’s is perfect for anyone who has completed fundamentals 1 & 2 and is looking for a regular fun and gentle workout. This is a slower paced class taught by a qualified instructor to suit all, a low impact, motion based, resistance training program that’s allows the user the needed buoyancy to perform exercises they might not have been able to perform without the assistance of the bungee without putting stress on the joints.
