At Bungee Fitness, we offer private group training sessions for all ages & abilities.
If you would like to book a one-off group session or regular group weekly session, we can arrange this for you.
Please contact us directly to discuss your particular needs. You can choose what type of class and what level you would like your group session to be.
How Does it Work?
If this is your group’s first visit to Bungee Fitness Australia, the initial group session will be a beginner Fundamental so your group can safely and effectively use the equipment. Fundamentals is a one-time beginner class that all clients must do before attending any other classes.
Once everyone has done a Fundamental class, your group can choose what level and ability class that suits the group for your next private group session. Choices are boundless and include; Bungee Light, Bungee Netball, Aerial Yoga… it is entirely up to the group to chose what they would like the session to be run as.
Would you feel more comfortable coming along with just a small group of friends or family members? We’ve got you covered.

Are you wanting to book your sports team for a private session? We cater to wet weather bookings for outdoor sports. Dance troupes, netball teams, football teams… whatever your group or team may… we have options for all sports to book a group session in our many programs.
