Aerial Yoga Classes

Aerial Yoga

Aerial Yoga elevates traditional yoga by incorporating a silk hammock as a supportive prop. This practice is particularly beneficial for those who spend long hours sitting or suffer from back pain, thanks to its spine-decompressing effects.

Like mat yoga, Aerial Yoga offers various styles to suit everyone. Depending on the class type, it blends yoga poses with elements from pilates, dance, circus arts, and other anti-gravity fitness styles. You can choose from relaxing stretch and balance classes, where the hammock is used solely as a prop, or opt for more adventurous sessions that teach flips and tricks in the air.
